Army Using Social Media to Help Jammu-Kashmir Flood Victims

The Whatsapp gathering incorporates senior officers of the Srinagar-based 15 Corps and Nagrota-based 16 Corps alongside the units in field regions, Army authorities said.

One of the messages got by the Army was for spotting and helping a nearby MLA Rafiq Ahmed, they said.
